Grace is our Business Development Manager where she helps the firm develop leads and strategies for growth. She has dedicated over 11 years to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, bringing expertise and passion to her work. She has brought the restaurant to one of the most successful Fleming’s nationwide. Beyond her professional career, she is deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting organizations such as Angel Charity for Children, the American Heart Association, the Bald Beauties project and the Lapan Sunshine Foundation. Her dedication to giving back reflects a strong belief in community service and making a meaningful impact.

Originally from New Zealand, she now lives in Tucson with Steve and their 3 kids. They are all passionate about travel and can’t wait for their next adventure.
